Windscreen Rubber - After 1956 the Minor had a one piece windscreen. Two different seals are available and both will interchange on all single piece windscreen models. All of the Minors made previous to 1963 utilized this seal which requires a stainless steel locking finisher which is no longer available. The later style that is designed to use a chrome plastic insert can be utilized instead if you are missing the stainless trim. If your Morris is of the later vintage this seal can be substituted if you have the early stainless trim. Chrome Plastic Insert - Windscreen Rubber (For EXT105)
This quality chrome finished plastic insert is made to original specification and has the correct cross-section. The Metal Insert is not available as a replacement part for Part no EXT103 It is very hard to get the metal insert out without damaging it. The tricky bit comes when trying to refit it, since there are no special tools.
