All returned items must be in ‘like-new’ condition, in their original box, with no attempt to install or modify item, and must be returned with a copy of the invoice. There are no returns on electrical or used parts. All returns must be approved prior to sending them back to us, by calling 1-951-797-0730. You have 30 days from the date on the invoice to return items (unless under manufacture warranty). Unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued using the same method in which you paid. Remember to ask for return shipping instructions (i.e.: UPS vs. US mail.). Shipping expenses for returns will not be reimbursed. Books with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD or software that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
