Engine Mount
These aftermarket lower mounts have 2 castellated nuts fitted in place, so the bolts can be installed from the outside, which is easier than the normal installation, but you must be careful not to damage the threads of the nuts while aligning them with the subframe bolt holes. These mounts are dimensionally very close to the original Rover engine mounts, making fitment easier when bolting to the subframe when working under the car. They will align properly with the subframe bolt holes and do not require extra measures to pull the engine downwards.Sold eachÂ

CRANK PULLEY DAMPER ONLY "S"
For high performance engines an efficient crank damper is a necessity to reduce failure. The standard damper commonly used is barely adequate for the standard A-Series engine. We carry the Mini Spares reproduction of the original "S" damper pulley which is far superior to the standard item. The damper ring 12A367 is bolted directly to the V-belt crank pulley C-AEG454. The damper must be balanced to the pulley to provide longevity. The special lock tab C-AHT146 is also available to lock the crank bolt firmly.

Cam Follower HI-Grade Tappet Set
A new super grade tappet (cam follower) has been manufactured to replace the no longer available Isky follower. The new follower is lighter than the original weighing only 43.2 grams vs. 48 grams for the original. This ultimate cam follower is designed to minimize lifter float normally seen in original cam followers which ultimately looses horsepower. Precision ground outside diameter with a smaller chamfered base to give more surface area for extra hi lift cams. Careful and tightly controlled manufacturing ensures best edge consistency, perfect chamfered radius on the base and walls for best rotation and movement. The side walls are also 70 thou taller to maintain maximum stability. Heat treated 3 times to a minimum hardness of 48 HRC / Generally around 52 HRC. Face chilled to a depth of 0.060"/0.177" and nitrided to TNPI before finish grinding for perfect sizing. In addition, these lifters have an oil drain hole, thus preventing oil from collecting in the lifter. This is currently the most robust lifter available for highly tuned engines. SET of 8 Followers
