Each cover starts as a precision cut blank, and then is skillfully worked by hand to create the raised ribs, weld the assembly together, grind assembly tabs, and hammer out warp. This is quite time consuming and takes considerable skill. Finally, each assembly is pneumatically wire brushed, then e-coated in gloss black for a durable, lasting, and beautiful finish. Quarter-turn fasteners in our covers are made of stainless steel.
