After years of maintaining the rear wheel bearings (see GHK1143), the nut that retains the whole thing gets rounded off or chiseled away. The proper nut for the left hand side is 1G3584, which is left hand thread, 2A7103 is the right hand side and is right hand thread. See 2A7250 for the proper lock washer / tab to secure the job.
