Rear Wheel Cylinder .625". The Midget with the raised suspension have a tendency to lock their rear wheels when under very heavy braking; this can be counteracted by fitting modified rear wheel cylinders - reducing the pressure exerted on the rear shoes and producing a better balance between front and rear braking. This modification is essential for all competition cars. The brake back plate will need drilling before the new cylinders can be fitted as the locating dowel could be on the opposite side of the cylinder mounting surface.
